Initial Discovery
The process begins the moment you reach out to us — through our online intake form, a Google inquiry, Instagram, or a referral. Once we receive your information, our team carefully reviews your details and prepares for a personalized consultation.
Here’s what happens during the Initial Discovery:
You’ll complete our client intake form to share your needs and vision.
We’ll schedule a phone or virtual discovery call to discuss your goals, project type, and design preferences.
We’ll provide a general cost overview to help you understand the potential budget range.
Our goal at this stage is simple — to determine if the project is the right fit, understand your expectations, and establish a clear direction before the design process begins.
Onsite Visit
After the initial discussion, we move forward with a paid onsite consultation to get a detailed understanding of your space. This stage ensures every design — whether it’s a custom pool, landscape layout, or outdoor living feature — is planned with accuracy and attention to detail.
Here’s what happens during this phase:
Client Intake Form: Before the visit, you’ll complete our intake form so we can review your goals, design preferences, and functional needs.
Discovery Call: We’ll conduct a short phone or virtual call to clarify your ideas, answer initial questions, and confirm expectations.
Paid Onsite Visit: Our design experts will visit your property to perform a full assessment, including:
A detailed site evaluation to analyze layout, grading, and environmental factors.
Accurate measurements taken using professional tools to ensure precise planning.
An in-person discussion of your design vision, including pools, landscaping, and outdoor features.
Expert recommendations on design possibilities, materials, and layout options to maximize your space.

Estimate, Engineering & Permits
Once the design concept and site assessment are complete, we move forward with the planning and approval stage.
This includes:
Preparing accurate project estimates based on materials, scope, and design.
Collaborating with engineering experts to meet all technical and structural requirements.
Handling all necessary permits for your pool, landscape, or outdoor construction project.
When everything is approved, your project moves seamlessly into the Design and Construction Phase.
